Move over Mozart...
Young Composers have been celebrated for many centuries. From Mozart to Justin Bieber the youthful talents of these musicians have been the envy of many. Perhaps all the hype about these talented folk should be compared with the composing skills of our lil' man. Here we see Benj working on his first pop ballad. I believe this will be hitting the charts soon. Enjoy... (we sure have)

Oh Happy Day...
8 months and counting.
Happy 8 Month Birthday Benj!
Perhaps for your 9 month birthday you could be a less cranky, fussy and out-of-sorts?! I appreciate that your 8th tooth broke through on your 8 month birthday...however, You are more enjoyable than the little boy we experienced today.
Love you still...even though you perfected 'fussy' today,
Daddy

On the Move...(still)
I have suggested that a clean house is a beautiful thing. As one can expect this was true prior to beginning our journey of parenthood. Now I find beauty in the stories behind the mess. Toys scattered around tell of the laughter and play that has occurred. The lick marks on the floor speak of Melvin 'cleaning up' after his brother learns to eat. And then there are those random smells...well, all I can say is they too tell a story. (not always pleasant) All that said, I must admit the benefit of having a large-bellied child on the move...he cleans as he moves along. Perhaps someone will create a body suit for kids made from Swiffer dust pads. We sure would appreciate it.
