For those who aren't around to have a meal with us, we wanted you to enjoy the experience regardless of distance.

What comes up, must come down...

 

This last week we celebrated Benj's 9 month date of birth.  The festivities were so great that the trees joined in.  Note in these first couple of pictures the trees above the roof of the house.  See how beautiful and full of leaves they are...or better to say "were".

 In one day, all the leaves on those three trees in our backyard dropped.  This completed covered our backyard with multiple layers of leaves.  The positive side...Melvin seems to enjoy playing with and in them.  (the leaves are so plentiful that you cannot clearly see the old fencing that is piled up in the middle of the yard, to be taken to the trash)
