Miss America, eat your heart out...

Trying to catch up...

My sincere apologies to all those devoted Benj-stalkers.  I am aware of his addictive nature and so for those who have struggled in this last few weeks of silence, I'm sorry.  From our home to yours, enjoy some of these moments over the last few weeks...
(surrounded by all of the wonderful and extravagant birthday presents)
(Grandpa Ken and Benj working hard at using all of the letters in the alphabet in Scrabble-like Fridge art.)
(final product...yes, this took a lot of thought)

Happy 1st Birthday Benj and Puppy Party to all!

Homemade Dog Bone cookies thanks to Gma Johnson and Mom...so cute.
'Happy 1st Birthday Ben'

Gpa Johnson, Baby Tristan, Benj, Mom
Steppingout of my wagon now next to my new basketball hoop...Mom and Dad can't quite remember what a living room without toys looks like...
My new musical truck...this makes me think, the saying should be "Backwards driver" rather than Backseat Driver.

Memory Lane...photo books, court papers, and the beloved "Crusty" (stuffed puppy)

Hot Dogs and all the toppings you could imagine.
Presents-a-plenty...TV screens showing 500+ pictures (from our first minutes together to the first week of February 2011).
This 'disgusting' over indulgence of icing and cake looks like one 'sweet puppy'...and all for Benj.

The Blizzard of 2011 (continued)...

The most amazing neighbor!!!

The Blizzard of 2011

Here is a view from warm inside the house...What you will see from the pictures to come is a  ridiculously deep snow (approx. 20" and it is still coming down with 60 mph winds).  The county we live in has shut down and said all streets are closed.  Plows have been removed from streets because they are impassible...NICE!
